Whether you're navigating a tense client call, delivering feedback, or stepping into the spotlight, high-pressure conversations can either build trust or break momentum. In this session, Sammi Sadicario will teach you how to empower your communication by regulating your nervous system, using your voice with intention, and showing up with clarity, even when the stakes are high.

This is not about faking confidence. It is about building vocal and energetic alignment so your words land the way you intend.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Learn how to regulate your voice and body under pressure using tools from performance, breathwork, and neuroscience.
  2. Recognize vocal patterns linked to stress and self-doubt that weaken your message or presence.
  3. Build a repeatable vocal warm-up and mindset reset routine to enter any conversation with clarity, calm, and charisma.

Sammi Sadicario is the founder of Voice Experts, a platform exploring how sound and spoken voice shape trust, connection, and influence.

With over 20 years of experience in performance, live event hosting, and audience engagement, she specializes in helping organizations and leaders understand how vocal presence directly impacts perception, credibility, and connection in high-stakes environments.

Her research focuses on the emotional and neurological effects of the spoken voice and how communication patterns influence personal well-being, team dynamics, and cultural trust. Her performances blur the line between speech and song, combining storytelling, science, and immersive delivery to create experiences that stir emotion, spark reflection, and reconnect audiences to their own authority.

Sammi is also the Chief Operating Officer of unleashed creative, a content and brand development agency serving artists and thought leaders in bringing their message to the world.

Outside of work, she can be found backpacking in the mountains or writing music with her husband in Austin, Texas.

This meeting is open to all Dallas ALA Members, Prospective Members, and 2026 Business Partners.
