She is the principal of Next Step Consulting + Coaching, LLC, a company focused on Leadership Development. Kara was a talent management executive with PepsiCo for 18 years and for over two years she served as the VP of Talent Management & Transformation for Rexel, a French company. She has transformed entire talent management functions in the areas of Global Learning, Recruiting, Leadership and Organizational Development, Succession Planning, and Change Management.
