At Delta Air Lines, she led programs in clinical wellness, behavioral health, and substance use recovery.

Now a certified instructor of Adult Mental Health First Aid, Nicki focuses on empowering organizations to recognize and address stress, burnout, and behavioral health challenges. Her corporate wellness programs foster healthier, more supportive cultures where people and performance thrive.
