Yehuda Kramer came to employee benefits via patient care. Before this, he spent years as a licensed physical therapist, working directly with patients and seeing firsthand what people go through when they need care, and what happens when their coverage doesn't hold up. That's part of what drew him into benefits consulting a little over three years ago: helping employers build health plans that actually work for the people using them, not just on paper.
Now on the business side of healthcare, he brings that same ground-level view to plan design and strategy. He works closely with employer clients and referral partners, and alongside his team at DSG Benefits Group, to help organizations navigate group health insurance and employee benefits with less guesswork and fewer surprises.
DSG Benefits Group is an independent Dallas-based employee benefits consulting firm, founded by David Goldfarb, working with employers across the country. Employee benefits is the only thing the team does. Plan design, funding strategy, pharmacy, and compliance are the day-to-day, not a side offering bundled in with something else.
RSVP using the Register Now button or contact Rachelle Perry if you have any questions.
